HB Training is committed to engaging with our learners as valued decision making partners in the management and continuous improvment of our learning programmes.

Grace Thomas

Hi, I am Grace and I am the beauty level 2 learner representative. I am here to represent the views of other learners within my class on academic matters or any queries or problems. I am very approachable and will be representing, communicating and giving feedback on student matters to Training Consultants. I currently work at Bluestone as a spa assistant and I am working towards my level 2 beauty therapy with HB Training.

Trinity Hancox

Hi my name is Trinity, I am the learner representative for level 3 beauty. I am a fluent Welsh speaker and I won my own beauty business based in Aberystwyth.

I am currently doing my level 3 advanced beauty therapy with HB Training. I love beauty and have always had a passion for it. I am really approachable and love listening to what others have to say, I am a good listener and will support any feedback you may have.

Lacey Morgan

My name is Lacey, I am the learner representative for level 2 hairdressing. I am working towards my level 3 hairdressing NVQ and I currently work at Olive & Harleys. I have a love of theory which means I always want to perfect my skills. I feel as the learner representative I am approachable, good at listening and very supportive.  I have received lots of good feedback from my tutors and I’m looking forward to gaining a wider skill set and qualification.

Learner Representative Meetings

Learners can approach the learner representatives with any feedback or suggestions for improvement to feedback to HBT management in our quarterly learner representative meetings.
